The Orchard Group, LLC provides reinforcement for the normal supply chain market intelligence found within any channel down to the product end user. New product acceptance data is provided by assembling focus groups of "most likely" users, and by performing controlled, extensive "real time" field trials on products and materials, and tools and equipment that are in development, prior to release for general merchandising. Orchard Group also provides coordinated third party product training and new product orientation, as well as field support to execute installation according to the intent of factory design engineers. For products already installed, Orchard Group technologists can canvas the field to provide warranty trouble shooting to analyze liability issues and installation failures, specific to a particular project site, or an entire class of product release. Promotional training for proprietary licensing, new product rollout, and safety training to create corporate goodwill at trade shows, distributor locations, and regional trade associations can be coordinated with the factory to bolster brand recognition and product acceptance. |
